Correctional Facility/ Jail/ Detention Center Visits

Facilities have a set flat fee based on location of the facility
Includes all notarizations and USPS Flat Rate Shipping (1-3 day transit) 

• Require Prepayment via Square invoice
• Shipping Upgrade available upon request
• If the person incarcerated does not sign for any reason when notary on site, fee is non-refundable for Facilities outside Colorado Springs
• Detention/Prison/Jail Visits are not the same as a general notary service as there are approval processes and scheduling issues that can arise with these types of visits

Process to schedule:

• Contact us with type of documents needing signed/notarized, facility info, DOC#, and first/last name of signer
• Provide email address and first/last name of person paying for the service
• Person requesting appointment for inmate must approve fee in writing via email prior to scheduling with facility
• Notary will set up appointment with facility based on availability between notary and facility
• Once appointment confirmed with facility, invoice will be emailed for payment 
  • Payment must be made by the day before scheduled visit
  • Provide shipping address in provided blanks on invoice when making payment
• Once invoice paid, a USPS label will be created and tracking information emailed to the email address provided for billing
  • ​If local in the Colorado Springs area, drop off to your location or pick up at notary's home office available
